LA Face with the Oakland Booty

Drummer Jeff Cohen greeted me this morning. I wasn't really sure when he was arriving, but he knows where the key is and likes the couch so he can sleep here whenever.
I put in an hour of yard work, then it got hot.
I tried to make centerpieces out of Legos. Legos are more difficult than I remember. They looked crappy so I texted my sister, "Come over and help. Bring cupcakes." She pulled out my bridal magazine and we made fun of the brides and she made me feel better. "That dress makes her look like she has an extra vagina."* We went over to Paulino Gardens for ideas and she let me run on about the history of Sagos (cycads). And we got ideas.
We listened to the new Handsome Furs album (it's great!) while making an awesome dinner of Israeli couscous, leftover chicken, leftover carrots, mint, and cranberries.

skazat is doing the Tour Divide, a self-supported 2,750 mile bike race along the Continental Divide, and he's doing it harder than anyone.

EDIT: When I told my sister the fur dress is a go she said, "Is the designer SURE your butt will fit in it? How do you even buy pants?! Robin STILL asks people, "Have you SEEN Roz's sister's butt?!!!"
