Kaffir Lime

My Kaffir Lime Tree arrived today! It's so pretty and smells nice. The leaves look quite tasty, night and day from the dried, jarred, or even fresh ones found at the Asian market.
It ought to fruit at three years of age, but the receipt did not specify its age, so I called.

"How old is my Kaffir Lime?"
"... one year?"
"It's two and a half feet tall."
"Between two and three years?"
"Probably."
