The promised sun arrived unfiltered today and brought 60 degree weather.
I started the day by eating a chunk of coconut cake :)!
I'm working on my potting bucket. I have a potting bench. Some people cut holes in their potting benches to install a grate to set the pot on, and a bucket underneath, so that when you fill your pot with soil the excess falls through the grate and into the bucket. I don't want to cut a hole in my bench. So I got a Homer bucket with a lid ($3) and today I spray painted the bucket to match the bench. Later I'll cut a hole in the top of the bucket lid and attach some grating. Same thing without the hole in the bench.
Laundry. More painting of the piano, it's looking much better. I roasted a big pumpkin.
I am expecting 2 guests for dinner tomorrow. I'm defrosting a goose in the fridge. I've never made goose before. I'll probably souffle the pumpkin... salad... cranberry cobbler... that's a lot of food.... rolls?
