My fridge has more than twenty jams, jellies, curds, marmalades, etc. Honestly. Most of them have only a few tablespoons left. With the discovery of the ease of thumbprint cookies two days ago, my fridge is already 4 jars lighter.
The two on the far right are peach jam with a different cookie recipe. The second column from the right is cinnamon apple curd. The top two are lemon curd, and there are three in there with seville marmalade.
The two on the far right have a whole egg, the others just have an egg yoke. The whole egg ones ooze out and do not hold the proper thumb print cookie shape, but taste better and stay together. The others look good, but crumble on contact. The marmalade and the cinnamon apple curds interiors ooze everywhere, but the lemon curd and peach jam holds its shape.
