I might possibly could enjoy camping if there was a way to stay warm.
okterok organized a last-minute shindig and I wanted to go so she wouldn't be alone. Fortunately,
dragon_daud and Tribble came, so did Joe Manley of Kitchen's Ink and his latest lady Babs, and a few people I hadn't seen in years.
I was alright in the daytime, but got cranky and sent myself to bed when the fire was not enough to keep one warm. I kept on my pea coat and Icelandic glacier climbing hat and shivered until dawn under 2 blankets and in a sub-zero sleeping bag. So cold.
The kids threw up all over
okteroks tent at some ungodly hour and she took them home. Joe promised to haul out her tent.
I got a few hours of sleep and packed up before breakfast. Sped home and spent 1.5h in the hot bathtub and a muscle relaxer before I could walk again. Still in a lot of pain.
I think I'll buy some stuff here:
