Sunday, December 28th, 2008 05:45 pmWow. Doing stuff now that will save time later is really exhausting. I've been cooking and baking for three hours without having any dinner to show for it. oof.

apotropaic got us Super Scrabble for Christmas. We upped the letterage to 9 and it goes pretty fast. We are scoring in the upper 600 range, and he's been beating me by 2-10 points. If you stick to drawing 7 letters we found that you get a really high percentage of, "GODDAMN! There are at least 6 r's in this set! AAAHHHHHHHH!" With 9 you get a wider variety of letters and 4 n's doesn't kill you.
