The buffalo tamales are coming along, I'm done with Day 1 "making the meat." The buffalo came out beautifully from the crock pot. I mixed the buffalo, chicken and spices in the KitchenAid, squealing over the phone at my mother.

Since I have a bit less meat vs corn ratio, I think I'll use the rest of the corn for pumpkin tamales.
