There's a lot of alcohol in this one beer....

After 3 hours of cursing at our mountain of broken technology in the driveway, we finally got Thriller up and running. Our neighbor Gerry, who is worth her weight in gold, kept coming out and cheering us on.

It was great fun to attempt the zombie dance.

A little girl with pigtails, maybe 8, came up and said, "This is the best music video EVER. I watch it On Demand ALL THE TIME!"
While I don't really know what On Demand is, I know that she is a tiny me, and I wanted to hug her. She made every second of batting stupid computers worth it.

The big speakers sounded AWESOME, and they were so worth carrying out (it takes 2 people to move the speakers, they are huge).

We hung sheets and stuff off the front of the house and eventually projected Michael Jackson's Thriller on it.

I've found my Laku slipper!
It's been missing for years!
(in the costume box for "hats")

My sister needed a Halloween costume, so we started with a hat, and at the bottom of the "hat" box was my slipper!

Homework 1/3 done.
Hole cut in drum and original hole sealed. Massive headache from sealant. 2 different types of epoxying to do tomorrow.
Off to make dinner.
