Food, glorious food

I know you don't want to hear this, but you are my friends and I need help.


Had many conversations re: Endometriosis and that sort of a diet this weekend and came up with no answers on how to keep weight on.

Estimating I burn around 2500 calories a day. Tomorrow will be much more.

What I ate today that kept to the diet:

1 cup wild rice = 150 calories
30 raspberries = 30 calories
1 cup Assorted steamed veggies = >75 calories
1 oz cashews = 160 calories

Total= 415 calories

Luckily, I was feeling pretty good, so I also ate
a donut = 192 calories
some Snickers ice cream = 80 calories
2 oz steak (off my sister's plate) = 158 calories

Total= 845 calories

Seems I lost more weight today, shit, I thought I was doing better.
To break even I'd have to eat FOUR avacados. Or Eight a day.

Find me 2500 tasty calories a day sans meat, dairy, wheat, soy, walnuts, bananas, sugar, chocolate. I'm preparing for doom.

Oh, it seems quinoa IS absurdly caloric at 636 per cup, has other good things too. I'll buy some Wednesday. Still tastes bad.
