It Came From the Pantry: Turkish Food!

There was pineapple on the counter top. Food on sticks!
neslihan sent lots of things including Hot Shish Kabob Seasoning and Salep beverage.
Salep is a flour made from the tubers of orchids. Salep flour is consumed in beverages and desserts, especially in places that were formerly part of the Ottoman Empire.
It tastes a bit like horchata (I used hot milk and added honey), it's good.
I rubbed the kabob seasoning on some bison steak and added a little to the couscous. It was indeed hot and delicious!
