Potatoes, peeled and chopped (I used russet and red) 1/2 bag frozen peas and carrots.
1/2c chopped mint 1/2c chopped cilantro 2 hot peppers (whatever) 1/2 diced onion lots of grated ginger salt butter
ground cumin curry powder pepper
Cook your potatoes, peas and carrots, and mash them together. Cook aromatics in butter. Add to potatoes. Add spices. Press into pie crust and add top. Bake at 350 for 45m. -----------------
The Chutney is a regular chutney recipe but with thinly sliced kumquats and candied hibiscus flowers. I cannot find where I wrote it down. ------------
