Things to eat when it's 100 degrees

Foods that don't need fancy appliances:
-Spring rolls
-Noodle salad, tuna salad, egg salad, thai beef salad, tossed salad
-Sammiches

Okay, get this, if you have access to the outdoors, like a patio, you can cook there.
Toaster oven, crock pot, and hot plate can go on the patio if you have a plug or an extension cord. These are available at the thrift store.

Things that go in the toaster oven:
-Anything you would bake. Get some small pans at the thrift store.

If you have a blender, go for some cold soups:

My favorite meal when it's hot: Chips and salsa and beer.

Indian food in the crock pot is awesome. That's what we used before we got an enameled cast-iron.

my GOD I love chips, salsa and beer for dinner. Any day, any time, any heat outside. Best. Dinner. Ever.
