I'm reading The New Yorker as we eat dinner, and see this cartoon:


Me: Please don't ever come home and say we're homeless.
John: I'll try not to.
Me: Then we'll just have to move into the other house.
John: Which one? (the Gray St house or the one in Leadville)
Me: HA HA HA! We have too many houses.
John: We should have a yard sale.

We've accidentally collected houses, like stray dogs, they are nearly worthless these days.
