Surf's Up

Last night we went to the Rockabilly bar for Surf Night with the band The Royal Aces. We invited arendal along and I had a few Jack and Cokes. Before the band started a bunch of old people started trickling in, like 70's-80's year olds.
After a few songs in the old people started to hit the dance floor. They had style and they had all the moves. They were clearly the original fans of surf music. They were bouncing with joy and talking about how much fun they were having. It was awesome.

Today I finished my sewing projects and mom taught me a few new tricks.

Laundry

I know this is stupid, but How Often do You do Laundry?

I do 4 loads a week in the summer, 6 in the winter (sweaters are bigger than t-shirts, more blankets), and more with guests around.
Only whites and sheets go through the drier (and drop cloths during construction, gets more dust out). There's only two of us.

We will seriously look into an industrial sized washer when we need a new one.
